Provides direct physical therapy services to patients in the home setting under the direction of the Licensed Physical Therapist and physician.

Qualifications:
Education:
Degree or certification as LPTA and Texas licensure required
Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience in Acute Care &/or Rehab preferred
Special Skills:
Texas Driver’s License and ability to drive in 50 mile radius of office on daily basis (Home Health position only)
License Required:
Current BLS certification
