Welcomes New Allergy and Immunology Physician
 Brazosport Regional Health System is proud to welcome Vasudeva M. Bommanna, MD to their team of medical professionals. As a board-certified physician, Dr. Bommanna will be replacing Dr. Poothullil at the Allergy Clinic of Brazosport.
Dr. Bommanna received his medical degree and completed his internship at Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College in India. Upon completion of his post-graduate training in pediatrics in India, he relocated to New York to work on his residency at St. Luke’s/Roosevelt Hospital Center. He furthered his education by fulfilling an Allergy and Immunology Fellowship at State University of New York in Buffalo, New York. Dr. Bommanna is board-certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
Along with practicing medicine for over a decade, Dr. Bommanna holds professional memberships with the American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, Texas Pediatric Society, Greater Houston Allergy Society, Texas Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Society, and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.
